Be Well With Em provides an individualized approach to fitness and health. Knowing that there is not a "one size fits all" to life or a "quick fix" to change, the Be Well Approach puts an emphasis on client goals, behaviors and lifestyle, so she can set them up for success in the long term.
HEY, MEET EM!
Em is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach on Long Island. While attending Towson University, Em started teaching cycle and weight training classes and instantly fell in love with fitness. After graduating in 2018, she quickly realized the desk life was not for her and dove head first into her passion, the fitness industry. In addition to training clients 1-on-1, Em teaches group fitness classes at Equinox. Her upbeat attitude and holistic approach to fitness shapes the way she trains and coaches her clients.
